On behalf of a customer we offer a

Pivoting pallet filling station ELEMENTRA 16.1-B-00x in stainless steel execution.

The machine has filled disinfectant and has been little used, built in 2020,

for the automatic and calibrated filling of IBC , drums and containers,
placed on a pallet, suitable for the use in hazardous atmospheres
Zone 1, ATEX execution II 2G c IIB T3.

Fully automatic canister filling machine INTEGRA 64

One operator solution

The INTEGRA 64 is a fully automatic canister filling machine.
On behalf of a customer, we are offering a
Canister Filling Machine INTEGRA 64 in a stainless steel design. The machine has been used minimally and was built in 2018.
It is used for the automatic and calibrated filling of canisters ranging from 5 to 30 liters, previously for disinfectants. The U-shaped conveyor system enables one operator to work ergonomically by feeding empty canisters and caps or push-in plugs from one location. The machine includes a valve stand that holds six retractable filling valves, several of which are placed on a pallet.
It is designed for use in Zone 1 hazardous areas and is an ATEX version II 2G c IIB T3.
