Feige FILLING launches modular ATEX filling machine

BAD OLDESLOE, Germany (September 30, 2026) — Feige FILLING now offers its well-known pallet filling machine ELEMENTRA^®16 in a new modular version called ELEMENTRA^® GO that can be delivered quickly. Are you looking for a cost-effective filling station for paints, cleaning agents or acids? Then this modular configuration of the semi-automatic machine will allow you to start production fast, including all the high-quality features of Feige’s ELEMENTRA^® machine line and the flexibility to change between products and containers. 

A pre-configured pallet filling station

The ELEMENTRA^®16 GO concept is the solution for short-term needs like adding a new product or container to meet new customer demands. With a set of modular features specialized for the requirements of the chemicals industry, it can be projected, delivered and commissioned within several weeks. This makes it especially attractive for unplanned maintenance intervals or situations where a broken machine needs to be replaced quickly. 

What is different about the ELEMENTRA^® GO compared with the existing line?

The ELEMENTRA^® GO machines apply bottom-up filling suitable for foaming liquids and are ATEX certified to ensure safe handling of explosive hazardous chemicals. Adjustable in height, the filling machines can fill both drums as well as IBCs on pallets.

The proven machine design allows for safe filling of different kinds of chemicals as well as for fast cleaning cycles between recipe changes. Thanks to movable elements, the machine can be accessed from all sides and can be integrated flexibly into an existing production line. 

After all, the GO concept is not a reduced version: With the new Feige web HMI, it offers easy and intuitive control and recipe management. This includes a video- and image-based help center and FDA compliant role management on a 15,7’’ touch screen.  

The new GO concept starts with the ELEMENTRA^®16 model and will be available for other machines soon.
