50 Jahre Years Feige FILLING

When Gerhard Feige founded Feige Filling GmbH in Hamburg with five employees in 1972, it was not clear at the time that his vision of simplified, accelerated, manual filling of liquids into drums would become a world-wide operating and successful company.

Curing product? No problem!

Curing products represent a great challenge to deal with in manufacturing processes, i.e. expensive downtimes with the associated high cleaning costs up to the replacement of system components may result. Furthermore, curing products represent a risk in terms of safety aspects if for example pumps are working against closed piping systems.

Within a very tight time frame and under pandemic conditions, Feige FILLING, market leader for filling equipment has planned and manufactured seven fully- automatic fillers for a Chinese customer. Active support was lent by a Chinese colleague.

As a mobile version this filling system is usable at various places.

We will discontinue the manufacture of the RVK filling valves

HAVER & BOECKER USA in partnership with Feige FILLING won a new major turnkey contract for filling of a variety of chemicals. At the end of this year, FEIGE will supply several automatic drum fillers, a semi-automatic pallet filler and a significant amount of conveyors, for a facility currently under construction in Ohio.

New pail denester for small batches

FEIGE developed the new pail denester suitable for an output of up to 600 pails/h according to the requirements of their customers requesting an application for the low or middle output range. The integrated belt conveyor guarantees a smooth extension of existing filling systems.

New Major Order for the filling of blown asphalt

Feige FILLING won a new major contract for filling blown asphalt. In the middle of next year, FEIGE will supply a large volume of special-execution drum filling and packaging equipment to a petrochemical refinery currently under construction in Karbala, Irak.
