Rapid Filler

The Rapid Filler is a high-speed filler for W&M approved filling of pails and cans (1 to 30 l) with an output of 2000 and more per hour.

The Rapid Filler has a modular design, up to 8 fill places can be integrated!

The product flow is controlled via Feige weigh scale so that the product feed is optimum controlled for all filling valves to ensure W&M approved filling. This leads to minimum fill time for all containers.

An additional check weigher as per FPVO (finished package regulation) for containers from 2.5 to 10 kg is not required.

Fully automatic filling lines can be designed by combining the Rapid Filler with ancillary equipment (e.g. pail denester, labeller and lid placer).
