Feige robot filler type 91

The AdvancedLine robot filler is designed for the filling of cans, pails, drums and IBC which are transported on a roller conveyor one by one or as a batch on a pallet.

The use of an industrial robot enables this highly flexible field of application to fill liquid and pasty products. An extremely flexible filling line can be realised with up to 40 filling valves when the robot is combined with a real time image recognition system which automatically locates the filling openings and moves the robot to its working positions. The electro-pneumatic control with the scale electronics and the touch panel to operate the robot are incorporated in a stainless steel cabinet at the robot filler.
Essential accessories are drip suction and gas exhaust.
