Details:

• Automatic and calibrated filling of drums and containers
• Stainless steel frame construction with levelling machine feet
• Filling mode: Below-surface for products which produce foam during filling
• With base height adjustment for changing over to different container heights between 500 and 1000 mm (spindle with hand wheel)
• Weighing system, accuracy class X(1), appropriate for verification as automatic scale in Germany
• Scale electronics with display and keypad "Feige FS-T10k"

  • Cycled safety checks of filling unit, e.g. misalignment protection. Tare and tolerance checks, flow check and monitoring of fill time

The filling station will be delivered on a base frame. Operation can be started with immediately after connecting compressed air, power and product (Plug & Fill).
