This AdvancedLine coordinate pallet filling equipment is the centrepiece of a filling line with large conveyor system and further peripheral equipment.

The filling equipment with extensive product file offers all the main functions that you might expect of gravimetric fillers. A large number of well-proven components from the Feige modular system have been used, e.g. the pressure-relieved filling valve with minimum dead space and quick change connector.

Furthermore, a variety of essential accessories can be chosen such as controlled drip collecting device, overflow signal or gas exhaust, even directly at the filling orifice. In these cases, we recommend a continuously adjustable base height adjustment. For opening and closing the containers, a manual offset screw driver and sealing unit with spring balancer are available.
