This pre-configured CompactLine pail filling station has been designed to meet the demand “plug and fill”.

The above-surface filling station with extensive product file offers all the main functions that you might expect of gravimetric fillers. A large number of well-proven components from the Feige modular system have been used, e.g. the pressure-relieved filling valve with minimum dead space and quick change connector. Furthermore, a variety of essential accessories can be chosen such as diffuser disk or controlled drip collecting device. Filling valve size DN 50, optional DN 80. Driven roller conveyor for the in-feed or out-feed area with up to 3 drive units can be connected. A lid roller can be installed in the out-feed area, reliably closing the lids which have manually been placed on the pails before.
