The new pail denester type OC-E1200 is suitable for round, rectangular and oval pails.

The denester comes with two basic elements:

• Supply pail magazine (floor level supply of empty pails directly from the pallet)
• Combined separation and denesting unit

The supply pail magazine moves to the in-feed position to be refilled. The operator can insert a pre-aligned pail stack at any time, even while the denester is running. The refilling is done at floor level! The integrated safety system will not enable the magazine until the operator has finished his job.

An integrated lifting unit moves the aligned pail stack into the supply pail magazine.

Once in out-feed position, the pail stack is transferred to the combined separation and denesting unit.

The pail denester supplies non-stop empty pails to the follow-up units, even during refilling.

In the denesting unit the lowest pail each is separated to be taken by the suction cup. The suction cup then places the pail on the conveyor system.

Change-over:

• The magazine can be adjusted to other pail sizes without any tools.
• The machine parameters as well as the pail height and stacking distance (distance between the pails in the stack) are stored in data records in the control panel.
• Optional, the magazine can be extended to have a bigger "range".
