with lid monitoring
Container height: min. 100 mm, max. 400 mm
Suitable for round, oval and rectangular containers which resist the required pressing force.
Function:
A plate descends and firmly presses the lids in that are correctly placed on the containers. The plate is driven by two pneumatic cylinders activated one after the other. Thus, remaining air in the container can escape. When handling plastic lids, a centrically arranged formed part can avoid convex lid deformations. Lid availability is monitored.

The workspace of the containers (table, roller conveyor etc.) must resist the pressing force.
