The CompactLine pail filling machine type 44 is designed as compact and extremely powerful filler.

The preferred arrangement of the conveyor system in U form allows the operator to supply pails and lids in a most convenient way. From this position, the operator can afterwards easily palletise the correctly filled and closed pails. The filler can anytime be upgraded with a pail denester, a lid magazine or a palletising device or even with a palletising robot to increase the output. Possible accessories are base height adjustment, drip collecting device, appropriate gas hoods and inertising or rinsing units. The above-surface versions can be fitted with diffuser disks. Filling valve diameters DN 50 and DN 80 are available.
