This pre-configured CompactLine drum filling station has been designed to meet the demand “plug and fill”. The filling station with extensive product file offers all the main functions that you might expect of gravimetric fillers. A large number of well-proven components from the Feige modular system have been used, e.g. the pressure-
relieved filling valve with minimum dead space and quick change connector. Furthermore, a variety of essential accessories can be chosen such as controlled drip collecting device, overflow signal or gas exhaust, even directly at the filling orifice. Driven roller conveyor for the in-feed or out-feed area with up to 3 drive units can be connected. During filling, the drum is reliably kept in position on the weigh scale.

For opening and closing the drums, a manual offset screw driver and sealing unit with spring balancer are available.
