This AdvancedLine drum filling equipment is the centrepiece of a filling line with large conveyor system and further peripheral equipment. The filling equipment with extensive product file offers all the main functions that you might expect of gravimetric fillers. A large number of well-proven components from the Feige modular system have been used, e.g. the pressure-relieved filling valve with minimum dead space and quick change connector.
Furthermore, a variety of essential accessories can be chosen such as controlled drip collecting device, overflow signal or gas exhaust, even directly at the filling orifice. During filling, the drum is reliably kept in position on the weigh scale. For opening and closing the drums, a manual offset screw driver and sealing unit with spring balancer
are available.
