The AdvancedLine drum filler type 81 is designed for the fully automatic filling of drums.

In the working station, empty drums are positioned, de-bunged, filled and closed one after the other. The tool carriage moves above the positioned bunghole and starts the dedicated process. A roller conveyor moves the drums through the filler and a drum lift raises the drums from the conveyor onto the weigh scale.

Essential accessories are drip collecting or drip extraction, gas exhaust, even directly at the bunghole, overflow signals, collecting basins, earthing devices, integrated drain funnels (CIP), inert gas purging, leakage test and overpressure bunging.
