Automatic drum filler for automatic and W&M approved filling of 200l steel or plastics drums. 50l drums can also be filled by using ancillary equipment.
The CompactLine drum filling machine type 31 is designed for the fully automatic and calibrated filling of 216.5l drums. Open drums are automatically positioned and filled in the working station. A roller conveyor moves the drums through the filling machine and a drum lift raises the drums from the conveyor onto the weigh scale.
The CompactLine drum filling machine type 32 with two stations working in parallel is designed for the fully automatic and calibrated filling of drums. The drums are automatically positioned and de-bunged. At the same time, an open drum is filled in the filling station. A chain conveyor moves the drum in single cycle through the filling machine and feeds them to the working stations.
The CompactLine drum filling machine type 33 with three stations working in parallel is designed for the fully automatic and calibrated filling of drums. In the first station, the drums are automatically positioned and de-bunged. At the same time, an open drum is filled in the filling station and a filled drum is closed in the closing station. A chain conveyor moves the drum in single cycle through the filling machine and feeds them to the working stations. Instead of the closing station, a 2 nd filling station can be installed so that the machine can be operated with preand final filling to increase the output.
Essential accessories are drip collecting, gas exhaust, even directly at the bunghole, overflow signals, collecting basin, earthing device, inert gas purging via double jacket filling lance, base height adjustment for drum heights between 810 mm and 970 mm and devices for manual drum closing.
